Taking of the Three Refuges and the Observance of Five Precepts followed by Paritta Chanting.
11:59pm :
Countdown to Welcome the Year for the Rabbit, then the lighting of candles to invoke blessings for the New Year. Devotees will then receive blessings from the Maha Sangha.
